This website, seoulorakorea.com (the "Site"), is operated by Seoulora ("Seoulora," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order, or you must have your parent's or guardian's permission. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you make a purchase or create an account, and to keep that information up to date. You're responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.
2. Products and cosmetic use
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Please read the full ingredient list before use. Stop using a product and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. If you have known allergies, sensitive skin or a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare professional before use. Product descriptions and results are for general information only; individual results vary, and our products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.
We try to show product colors, packaging and details as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Packaging may change without notice.
3. Pricing, availability and orders
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without notice. Promotions and bundle offers are valid only for the period stated and can't be combined unless we say so.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud, reselling or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
4. Payment
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we don't store your full card details.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds, including our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, are described in our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.
6. Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after you've submitted an order.
7. Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content ("User Content"), you confirm that it's your own, that it's truthful and reflects your real experience, and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and adapt your User Content in connection with our business, including in marketing. We may remove User Content at our discretion. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning.

You agree not to use the Site to: break any law; infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; harass or harm others; submit false or misleading information; upload viruses or malicious code; scrape, crawl or collect data without our permission; interfere with the Site's security or operation; or buy products for unauthorized resale.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, product names and the Seoulora name, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

The Site may include links to, or tools provided by, third parties, such as payment processors, bundle and discount apps, and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seoulora and its owners, employees, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seoulora and its owners, employees and service providers from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at help@seoulorakorea.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. The Terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
